Recall notice

Hazard

The lithium-ion battery in the Ionic smartwatch can overheat, posing a burn hazard.

Recalled Product

This recall only involves Fitbit Ionic devices. The recall does not affect any other Fitbit smartwatches or trackers.

Remedy

Customer safety is always Fitbit’s top priority. Ionic customers should stop using their smartwatch and contact Fitbit using the information below for instructions on how to obtain a refund. Fitbit will also provide participating consumers with a discount code for 40% off select Fitbit devices.
