The shipping fees are free for orders of $74.99 or more before taxes. A flat rate of $8.00 will be charged for any order under $74.99 before taxes. Any orders including an oversize product will also incur a one-time fee of $10.00.
Under normal circumstances, orders will arrive approximately 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
We are making every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, additional delays may occur. Email updates are provided as parcels are shipped and the tracking links included are the best source of information regarding the status of your parcels. Thank you for your understanding.
A $10.00 fee will be applied once per order (even if the order includes multiple oversized products). The products that incur this charge vary throughout the year, but in general those exceeding 1 meter in length, width or height are considered to be oversized. This fee will always be clearly identified in the cart prior to completing your checkout.
No delivery fees will be applied when a gift card is purchased alone. However, when other products are included in the order, the value of the gift card is excluded from the amount that determines eligibility for free delivery.
Absolutely. Both addresses can be different. However, your shipping address must always be located in the province of Quebec. Moreover, your billing address should always match the address associated with the credit card used to pay for your order.
PO Boxes are accepted.
You can have your order delivered to any valid address in the province of Quebec - it can be your home or office, just as long as it is located in the province of Quebec. Please note PO Boxes are accepted.
Order confirmation
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The tracking link provided in this email is the best source of information regarding the status of your order. If your order includes multiple parcels, a tracking link will be provided for each parcel.

Tracking information is updated on the carrier’s website as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to provide tracking information for your parcels once they have been shipped and are on their way to their destination. The availability of this information, as well as its accessibility may vary depending on the carrier.
Tracking through your account
If you placed your order while logged into your account, you will also be able to find the tracking number(s) and link(s) in your order details in the section My Account.

The courier company will leave you a notice indicating where you can pick up your package as well as the deadline for doing so.
This is unfortunately not a possibility. Items from a single order can only be shipped to a single address.
In order to serve our customers better, the store pickup option will not be available from Friday, March 10 to Tuesday, March 14, 2023. However, the regular delivery option will remain available to complete your order.

Yes, you will be required to show a photo ID and your electronic receipt (received by email) in order to pick up your order in store.
Absolutely. However, this person will need to bring a picture ID and show the electronic receipt as well.
Your order will remain at the store for 30 days as of the billing date.
We invite you to pick up your order within 30 days maximum, following the reception of the email indicating that your order is ready. After 30 days, your order will be refunded and your items will be restocked.
